THE BEST MALAYSIAN CUISINE



FRIED PRAWN WITH SPICY TOMATO SAUCE

YIELD : 4 PAXS

TIME : 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:


800 g Fresh Tiger Prawn

6 tbsp Corn Oil

1 tbsp Young Ginger - chopped

1 tbsp Garlic - chopped

2 tbsp Onion sliced

2 tbsp Pineapple - diced

2 tbsp Young Mango - diced

2 stalk Lemongrass - thin sliced

4 piecs Kaffir leaf - Fine sliced

2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

6 tbsp Tomato Sauce

4 tbsp Chili Sauce

1/2 no Lemon juice

1/2 cup Water

2 tsp Salt

3 tsp Sugar


Garnish: Sliced coriender leaf,sliced red chilies


Method:

1. Heat up the cooking oil, saute garlic, ginger then add oyster sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce, keep stirring.

2. Add prawn continue stir for 4 minutes then add abit of water and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add other ingredients and season to taste.

4. Ready to serve garnish with sliced coriender leaf and sliced red chilies.

5. Serve with vegetarian fried rice.
