Untuk menghilang bau pada masakan daging kambing tipsnya memasuka bahan -bahan yang beraroma kedalam masakan daging kambing seperti serbuk jintan manis, daun pudina, daun ketumbar, halia, bawang putih, air limau nipis, tomato dan ubi kentang, Manakala sesudah masak daging kambing di hidang pulak dengan salad timun, tomato, bawang dan ke tumbar dan untuk mencair lemak semasa menjamah masak daging kambing , hendak amal minum Teh o" Pudina panas-panas Insyallah,,,,alamatnya berpeluhlah badan kita...
