RECIPE: CHICKEN IN SPICEY TOMATO SAUCE
YIELD : 8 PERSON
TIME: 30 MINUTE
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 kg Chicken wing
6 tbsp Cooking Oil
80g Onion - chopped
20g Garlic - chopped
30g Sliced Ginger
3 tbsp Chili Flake
3 in Cinnamon stick
4 pcs Cardamon
4 cps Clove
1 tbsp Blackpeper powder
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
4 pcs Green chili - cut inti to
3 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Sugar
Method:
1. Heat the cooking oil, then add garlic, ginger, onion,green chili, spices and sauteed for 1 minute.
2. Add tomato paste, chicken wing and stir well, then add cocunt milk, water and let it boil.
3. slow the fire then let it simmer until the sauce become thick.
4. Lastly add salt and sugar to taste.
5. Remove from the stove, ready to serve garnish with Chooped coriender leaf.
