CULINARY TALK SHOW WITH HI O GROUP IN SUNGAI PETANI
Culinary talk show with hi o marketing group, cooking demo on healthy menu:
RECIPE: STIR -FRY BEEF WITH GINGER
YIELD: 6 PORTION
TIME: 8 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
800g Beef tenderloin - thin sliced
2 tbsp Ginger - remove the skin - thin sliced
1 tsp Garlic - chopped
1 tbsp Shallot - chopped
8 tbsp cooking oil
2 nos onion - diced
1 no Yellow bell pepper - remove seed - cut into diced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
6 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp black soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
method:
1. Heat up the frying pan, then add oil, garlic, ginger, saute for 1 minute.
2. Add beef tenderloin, then keep stirring for 5 minutes.
3. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce and black soya sauce, keep stirring for 2 minutes.
4. lastly add other ingredients and season to taste.
