untuk elakkan mata berair semasa kupas bawang,rendam bawang didalam bekas berair.

2. MEMILIH IKAN SEGAR
Pastikan mata yang jernih,tidak berbau,warna kulit yg bersinar,insang berwarna merah jambu, isi yang kejal.

3. ATASI MASAKAN TERLALU MASIN.
Masukan Ubi kentang yang dipotong dadu atau buah pisang mudah yang di hiris.

4. MENGHILANG BAU HANYIR IKAN PATIN
Basuh denga air beras yang telah dicampur dengan asam jawan kemudian di bilas dengan air mengalir.

5. MEMUTIHKAN NASI
Masukan satu sudu kecil air limau nipis semasa masak nasi.

6. ELAK PEMBIAKAN KUTU BERAS
letakkan cili kering didalam bekas beras dan gaul.

7. MAKANAN SIHAT LAGI BERKAT
Sebelum mula memasak pasti niat yang iklas berserta doa yang baik-baik , kemudian setiap bahan-bahan mestilah di basuh dengan air yang mengalir, selepas siap semua masakan mestilah ditutup .
