This recipe is simple but its good for health. resipi ini amat mudah tapi berkhasiat untuk kesihatan:
recipe: Potato mayo salad/ salad ubi kentang mayo
penyediaan/yield: 10 paxs
bahan/ingredients:
1kg Potato/kentang - boiled/rebus - remove skin/buang kulit
1 cup/cwn Mayonnaise
1 nos Bawang Besar/ onion - chopped / di cincang
3 no Bawang putih/ garlic - chopped/ di cincang
2 nos Limau nipis/ lime juice
2 tbspoon/sdu makan daun Bawang/ spring onion/ chopped/ di hiris.
2 tbspoon/sdu makan Gula/sugar
1 tbspoon/ sdu makan garam/salt to taste/ secukup rasa
Cara/method:
1. Hiris kentang yang telah di rebus/ slice the boiled potato.
2. Masukan semua bahan-bahan delam mangkuk / add all ingredients in mixing bowl.
3. Gaul hingga rata/mix well.
4. siap untuk di hidanh hias dengan daun parsley/ ready to serve garnish with parsley.
Remarks/ perhatian:
this recipe suitable for grilled meat, chicken or fish/ resipi ini sesuai di hidang dengan daging, ayam dan ikan panggang.
